Posters Presentations

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Below you will find the presentation format to be followed by all participants. Given the large number of submissions to our conference — a source of great satisfaction for the organizing committee — we ask that each participant plan accordingly to meet the following instructions.

IN-PERSON PRESENTATION (POSTER)

In the in-person format, we will hold two poster presentation sessions — one on each day of the conference — following the traditional format of academic/scientific poster exhibitions. Each session will feature up to 35 posters and will last one hour.

Posters should ideally measure 36×48 polegadas/inches (91×122 cm), in portrait (vertical) orientation. Posters should concisely include:

  • Title of the work;

  • Full names of authors and institutional affiliation;

  • Introduction and objectives;

  • Methodology/Experience Report;

  • Results;

  • Conclusion;

  • Bibliographic references cited.

  • There will be no time moderation, but we still recommend preparing a brief oral presentation to accompany your poster, in order to provide context for conference attendees.

ONLINE PRESENTATION (SLIDE)

In the online format, we will hold 3 presentation sessions, each divided into 5 simultaneous Zoom rooms. Each room will have one moderator and 5 presenters, and will last 1 hour and 15 minutes. The rooms will be livestreamed at the in-person conference venue at Teachers College, in New York.

Each participant may present between one and three slides, concisely including:

  • Title of the work;

  • Full names of authors and institutional affiliation;

  • Introduction and objectives;

  • Methodology/Experience Report;

  • Results;

  • Conclusion;

  • Bibliographic references.

Due to time constraints and out of respect for all accepted submissions, each participant will have 8 minutes for their presentation, followed by a 20-minute final discussion period. The presentation order will be announced soon.

Please keep in mind that this is not a standard poster: all information must remain clearly visible even when viewed on a computer screen.

Sincerely,

Organizing Committee - Paulo Freire Conference 2026
