1. REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSIONS

Do I need to register before submitting a paper?
No. You can submit your work first and only pay the registration fee after receiving a positive review from the organizing committee.

How and when will I know if my work has been approved?
The results will be announced on June 30th. We will send a confirmation email and publish the official list on our website.

In which languages can I present my work?
Presentations can be held in Portuguese or English. -
Will certificates be issued?
Yes. We will issue certificates for both participation (attendees) and paper presentation after the event concludes.
2. FEES AND PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted?
Registration is handled via Eventbrite, and options vary by region. You can check the full list of accepted payment methods here.-
Brasil: Credit/Debit Card, Hipercard, and Elo.

EUA: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4, Klarna, and Afterpay.

What is the registration fee?

What is the registration fee? * Residents of Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMIC), including Brazil: $20 USD + fees* for all categories.

Presenters residing in Europe or the USA: From $20 to $35 USD + fees*, depending on your professional/academic category.

I live abroad but will be presenting remotely. Which fee do I pay?
The fee is determined by your place of residence, not by the format of your participation.
3. PRESENTATION DYNAMICS

Do I need to prepare visual materials?
Do I need to prepare visual materials? Yes. For remote presentations, we suggest preparing a short slide deck to accompany your talk. For in-person presentations, a scientific poster is required. -
How long is each presentation?
Each presentation will last 7 minutes. Thematic sessions last 60 minutes and bring together 5 to 7 papers.
